Phil dang! and to think I had picked up a pair of used dusl-port heade from a garage floor, cleaned up and installed on the 1600 in my bug back in '85...and had no problem at all in the next 50,000 miles...heck it still runs strong...i think...nto been run fro a dozen years or so now.... my Duc get special treatment, but all the rest are experiments, and have no problem of not doing a complete re-build like most do for bad rings on one cylinder..etc...must be teh scots ancestry! ;-) Paul __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
