I would pull your plugs, check to see if they are the proper plug for your van, clean them with a wire brush (or replace them all together) and set the gap. This and a new set of heavy duty plug wires will do wonders. If your cap, rotor, oxygen sensor and temp 2 sensor are all taken care of, then this might be the way to go. Vince

So I figure I will just focus on what I would like to take care of first. I have got no low end power out of first and second gear and then when climbing hills in the road. It seems to lug off the line and then when the rpms hit about 2000 to 3000 it kicks in and goes good. Then I have to shift into second and it happens again. Then third and no problem it goes great. When climbing hills I end up shifting into second just to go 25 mph I know the car is a vw but it had more power before the last fixes which were new oxygen sensor and wire rebuild and a new temp sensor. Any help to get the power back would be great. Thanks again Dan Romano
