OK,

I gotta say..the rumor has always been.....

Super Glue was invented/developed by the medics during Vietnam (maybe Korea). It is designed to hold human skin together. It's main use was to squirt in a soldier's palm and then to use his own hand to seal his wound. The Super Glue would hold the hand in place till the soldier reached a M*A*S*H* unit and when the docotors put the injured soldier on ether, the ether would immediately dissolve the Super Glue. So, I would say, try ether to get the Super Glue out of your carpet.

Sorry if this is wayyyyyyyy off.

Ward

Maybe this was just a dream I had the other night, it's really hard to tell these days.

Terry, my man, from what I understand, hospital emergency rooms see their share of patients with fingers stuck together with Super Glue, so, there must be a solvent for it. Count your blessings. Some years ago in our local burg there was a rumor floating around about a physician's wife who caught him bumping uglies with one of his office staff and while he was asleep she sealed the working end of his tool with Super Glue. If there is no solvent for it, he must have been one sorry son-of-a-bitch.

George
