Steve, Fellows and fellaws:

Some two years ago, I bought a rear hatch door tent from a catalog
camping store, which right now I don't recall.  If fits over the open
rear door and covers the entrance giving you around six more inches on
the lower part.  I have some pictures somewhere which I can send to
interested persons since our list will take no attachments and I don't
anything like a webpage.

There are plenty of side tents, but I don't believe anyone makes a rear
tent
to fit a Vanagon.
