You can always go to a lower profile tire so you can preserve your present gear ratios. Putting smaller than stock diameter wheel in the front is a no-no for Syncros. For two wheel drive, you will find that your speedo will read high as the smaller needs to turn more to make up the distance. You will also find that the ride quality will stiffer as you will be transferring some of the weight forward due to the "rakish" stance. I assume you have stock springs. I achieved the same thing with aftermarket springs. Looks cool but does give a harsher than stock ride.
