<Anyone on the list know of a source for body panel sections. They look
easy enough to replace. Looking at the left rear wheel arch and the
lower section to the rear of the wheel arch.

Sounds like you need the same repair that I need.  My Westy shredded a
left rear tire and bent the metal aft of the wheel up at a 90 degree
angle.
