It holds real well except in strong winds, then the tubes pop out without ripping anything. There are 2 ways to fold the material, but OVER the tube seems to work better in wind. Can be a little challenge to remove, but I keep a wood dowel to insert into the tubes and pry out of the gutter. For very strong winds I might invent a slotted tube with an wedge dowel to expand the tube inside the gutter channel.
