Subject: Cheap TDI engine For Sale in NJ
Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

Had a local guy call me this morning with a 50k mile TDI engine for sale. Engine is complete with Turbo, fuel pump, etc. The only problem is that one of the bosses for the mounting braket in the block broke (mystery) and so the engine was coming loose for the motor mounts. The guy had no choice but to put in a new engine since the block could not be repaired. However it is very possible that the boss that you use to mount the engine in the Jetta is different than the ones that we would use to mount the engine in a Vanagon. The engine was running excellent with no problems before this happens. It sounded like the car was in an accident, but the guy has had the body all checked out and can find so signs of accident or repairs. He wants $800 or best offer for it. If anyone is interested I could try to get over to his place and take a picture of exactly where the engine is damamged (again it is merely a threaded bolt hole in the block that has broken, but nothing that would actually hurt the motor in any way).

Thanks, Ken Wilford John 3:16 http://www.vanagain.com http://www.strictlyvwauctions.com Phone: (856)-327-4936 Fax: (856)-327-2242
