Good Link! Lots of info there. I've been getting offers of all types for years and years of big bucks for little effort. One of the biggest scams by a Thai was back in the 80s when they shipped in 9 million dollars worth of radar detectors to the US. The purchaser never paid for the Thai radar detectors so Customs auctioned them off for customs fees, storage fees. With ten well healed Thai distributors in the bidding field they brought in the units for about $8.00 each and were able to both dump and enter the US market below competitors prices. They had a field of about twenty bidders on salary to keep the bidding low. They got caught. A big company name on a transaction doesn't make it a legit deal. Most of Texas Law enforcement has recently been busting Designer Fake shops in and around Dallas, Austin, Houston. They busted one guy that had 16 national outlets for fake designer name products. I was curious about some of the vendor bust and I find most of them have the doors bolted on the stores. There is discussion of deporting the offenders and I think that should be standard practice with non citizens perpetrating crimes. Better than us paying $30,000.00 a year to incarcerate them, feed them and send them back out with a citizenship after their prison term. The largest employer in Texas is "The Texas Prison System", huhm! Wonder why?
