Subaru EJ22 with Kennedy Engineered Products adaptor kit.

Overhead cam 16 valve Counterweighted crank 130HP Makes more torque than wasserboxer across the entire powerband. 6000+ RPM Typically last 250K+ miles VERY good reputation for reliability Brand NEW long blocks available for less $$ than REBUILT wasserboxer. Very clean burning engines with way less emissions than wasserboxer. CA smog legal swap.

I think it will be a nice improvement in a lot of ways. LOTS of folks have done this swap already, and love it. Steve
