Adam the front seal does not often leak badly the aluminum plug below and to the right does weep to remove the pulley you need to stop the crank from turning a small chain threw the pulley holes and then around the rear engine support might be one way to stop the crank from turning so you could get at it with a breaker bar I would check the crank vent before you dive in after that seal Call if you need to Bob
