Yesterday, on my way home from work, a rock came out
of nowhere and put a "bulls-eye" right in the middle
of it. Fortunately, windshield replacement has a $0"
deductable here in Florida, and my insurance agent was
able to get the replacement scheduled today and it
doesn't cost me anything out of pocket. Hard to
believe that they had a Vanagon windshield with a
tinted top band in stock, but they did.

The guy arrived at my office around 1:00 and spent
around 20 minutes replacing the windshield and what a
difference. As much as the old windshield was
scratched, I should have taken a hammer to it along
time ago.
