Hallo Volks,


I just finished rebuilding the Cyl 3-4 head.
Seems a bit noisy; valve clatter I think.


There are some minor exhaust leaks, can't figure that out either; new
exhaust gaskets.
I have some exhaust sealing putty that should solve that problem, but I
don't think
that's what's making the noise. The engine has been dry for a couple months,
perhaps the hydraulic lifters aren't working fully? Is there any thing else
I should look for?


Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me before I take her out for
a spin?
