Your old hoses should work, I replaced mine because one had been spliced and I didn't want to take a chance with the old lines. The shop that rebuilt my A/C lines gave me new o-rings for most of the fittings. I had to get the large o-rings on the back of the compressor from a local A/C shop. The receiver dryer should be available through any A/C parts supplier or the internet parts houses. My local FLAPS had the port adapters, I got a right-angle high side adapter to make it easier to get to that fitting inside my closet. Changing the o-rings out is pretty straight forward once the system has been evacuated. The hardest ones to reach are the expansion valve/evaporator connections in the upper rear cabinet, lowering the rear cabinet is required. It's not an easy task, but you can do it yourself and save a bunch of $$$ since it is quite time consuming. I wrote up a procedure for removing the cabinet and posted it here: <http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0208A&L=vanagon&P=R5831>. You will also need some new foam tape insulation to reseal the housing since most of the original stuff would have deteriorated by now.
