It could be the van was abandoned at a shop because of the price of a motor and the shop claimed it after a while and got a replacement title. I have a westy I am putting together that started to get parted out but I saved it luckily. All it needed is a four speed and a right rear quarter peace welded in, EASY but enough to total it. I would rather have this one with a salvage title then one of these rusty one's were hearing about!
