If there truly are groups out there in the great beyond whose sole purpose is
to destroy the USA, then they can all hang up there turbans and go back to
goat farming because their goal has been accomplished and the weapon of
choice for this mass destruction was the PATRIOT Act.  Should you not yet
fully realize the meaning of regime, you will.
