This is the result of running rich, not a bad (or missing)cat. Idle mixture should be set to produce around 1% CO BEFORE the cat (check the Bentley for the exact number)

A bad temperature sensor or oxygen sensor could cause rich running.

Transporter Werkes in Raleigh has a good reputation.
