There isn't a way that a non working engine could create a situation that a salvage title could be issued, is there? What if the owner had full coverage insurance, was driving down the road and hit a debris which flipped up and smashed the engine. Then the repair bill for the engine was more than the value of the vehicle? Just thinking out loud. Sounds fishy to me. Anyone have carfax? ---Edward
