They pop on with snaps. Pry the edge with a plastic putty knife and slowly peel back. You can relieve some of the pressure on the panel by prying at the hidden plastic snap fasteners (Westy fasteners usually have exposed heads) with a long flat tip screw driver as you pull the panel away with the putty knife. They pop back in to reinstall. Keep extra fasteners on hand as they often break during removal.
