He is violating Ebay's "keyword spamming" policy:
eBay Policy on Key Word Spamming:
(Excessive use of key words, including (but not limited to) brand names,
which are referenced for the purpose of attracting or diverting buyers to a
listing is considered key word spamming and is not permitted. )
Not permitted means the seller may get a warning. If he has been warned
before he could have his listing canceled by ebay or be suspended from ebay.

As a side note, I was at an auction yesterday and saw an early 80's GM van
with what looked like a Westy Pop-top on it. When the van finally drove
through, we climbed inside and sure enough, it had a fully functional,
screened, pop-top. All the side curtains with screens were there, all the
latches, and even a slide out bed in the back. The luggage rack was up
front. The owner must have done the conversion himself, although it looked
like it was a perfect fit. Even the normally open area you can see when the
top is down inside (where the tent always looks like it is all bunched up)
was all covered with a custom leather skirt. Never seen one before.

That's called trademark/name spamming by Ebay. It is a prohibited activity
because it waste time of those looking for the correct article. If Fred is a
good boy and reports this to Ebay, they will pull down this bad boyz ad.
