George, I use a red shop towel on the base of the cylinder(to prevent it from cutting my hand), a old cylinder of the correct size, put a bead of valve grinding compound around the lip, slide it into the head, put the rag on the base of the cylinder, pushing firmly, rotate the cylinder back and fourth about 50 times, (you are the pilot so hold it straight) then do the other hole.
