Hey Bill,
Nothing personal here... but on this one I think anyone can be quick to
criticize without doing ANY research. It is a no-brainer.
Even your website which you provided a link to concludes by saying that
recycling the antifreeze is a better solution than pouring it down the
drain.
From the website ----
"The best choice for disposal of used ethylene glycol antifreeze is to
recycle it. Many car care companies and auto shops provide
antifreeze recycling at no charge. These businesses have the
equipment needed to recycle your antifreeze on-site. Before dumping
your antifreeze down the drain, call around to locate a business that
can recycle your antifreeze. You should be able to find one easily."
end from the website ---
Anyway... people will always continue to do whatever they want to do, no
matter who says what about it. I once caught my dad in the act of dumping
photographic chemicals down the storm drain next to our street!!! I freaked
out, and asked him if he had any idea that that is the water that he drinks,
and that the kids swim in, and that we catch fish from... he wasn't really
to worried about it.
I think the point has been made, and there is probably no reason to continue
this thread... recycle it. If you absolutely cannot locate a place that
will take (or are lazy and don't really care about expending the extra
energy to do the right thing) then go ahead and pour it all over Mount
Everest.

PS... if you wait about 4 minutes, it will be FRIDAY here in Austria!
Hooray!
IMPORTANT!!! In order to reply to me, you must have the word "FISH"
somewhere in the subject line of the email. Otherwise it goes directly in
the trash.
