The 110 is the lower model,which you can get for about $170 at REI.com or Bass Masters Outdoor World. The 120 is the model with the 8 megs of RAM, $240 at REI or Outdoor World.

You don't need two to use the radio. It is compatible with every other FRS radio, and in the US has GRMS radio capabilities (needs a license from the FCC). You do need two to be able to use the tracking feature, each time someone with a Rino keys the radio or hits the call button, their location will show up on your map screen, unless they have disabled that function for privacy.
