i actually put 16.1 gallons into my 86 bus once ... running on
fumes into a gas station at leavenworth, kansas. :)  boy, was i
sweating it!!!  i figure all i had left was the gas in the fuel
hose ring in the engine.
or the pumps were not registering correctly. ;)
