Jeffrey,

This was a "spoof" sticker sold by JC Whitney and others from the 60's on. Basically this pidgeon-German sticker says: ATTENTION

This machine is not for finger poking or grabbing. It is not to be driven by idiots. Rubberneckers and sightseers keep your hands in your pockets, relax and watch the blinking lights.
