ummmmm....I don't really want to jump in on this VW vs japanese thread. I've had good experiences with both so far. *knock on wood*

I would like to say, however, that one day, when the van is exactly how I want it, I'd like to get another Festiva and drop a B6 turbo into it--turbo powered go cart.

Maybe even tow it behind my Westy--mini RV style. IIRC the Festiva only weighed about 2300lbs.
