It seems obvious to not leave a loaded van sitting overnight on any street
now a days. It seems like a lot of work but a prudent person would unload
everything overnight and re pack in the morning.


A friend last night just had his passenger window smashed in and all the
contents stolen. Sufboard gone, skateboards gone, knee pads gone, luggage
gone, and a $180 window to be replaced. The saddest thing of all was hearing
him say "I guess I just can't trust any more."


It is one thing to leave a van loaded in a garage or in a driveway
especially if you have an alarm system that you can hear, but to leave any
vehicle loaded on a public street with poor lighting?
