So many years ago, like in 1979, I was living and traveling in a '66 made into a hippy/custom camper and stopped in to visit a friend in Manhattan, NY. I had everything I owned in the van, but when I parked and went up to the apartment I took my guitar and bicycle with me. The next morning it was obvious that someone had gotten into my van and gone through everything. Nothing was missing. I guess my precious possessions were more or less worthless. Or maybe the intruders were just curious.
