I would highly rccomend Seth Hatfield.

Seth is the owner of H&R Motors in Santa Barbara and although has a full service shop .... specializes in Subaru Conversions.

I have seen, test driven his conversions and was very impressed.

Nice clean installs, grate custom fab work that results in one of the cleanist installations I have seen.
