FULL is the operative word here.  First of all, what everybody is saying about 20W 50 is true, but to insure no buzzer 'n light after highway driving, DON'T fill 'er up with oil.  Stay a half quart shy of the top, use 20W 50, and you'll never hear that buzzer again.
