After rereading these posts concerning corroded connectors, I think some of us are looking at this animal from different ends. When I said my vote is for electrical contact cleaner and dialectric grease ... I should have said to use the dialectric grease sparingly (not pack the connector boot). Also, if you think you have some connectors that are so corroded that you must use an abrasive .... I recommend nothing more abrasive than crocus cloth. Mike |
