Hmm, last year I bought my Syncro Westy in San Diego. Drove it from LA to Washington D.C. in 5 days via Colorado (among other places). that was a bit over 2500 miles. Only problem I had was getting over Monarch Pass I pushed it a bit hard and had the temperature buzzer kick in. Gave it a rest for a few minutes, ran it up to the Tourist shop at the top and gave it a long rest (30 minutes). Beyond that it ran flawlessly. Doubt you'll have an overheating problem on a trip to the frozen north. On Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at 03:05 PM, Royston, Jerry wrote: > would have to travel a good 1,100 miles in 2 days |
