I think trying to patch this up is a waste of your time. The rest of the clips will fail and it'll just get worse. Then when you eventually have to replace it anyway, you'll have a black silicone and epoxy mess to scrape off the fiberglass, first. The replacement seals are made with aluminum clips instead of steel, so you won't have to do the job twice if you just replace it.
