It's great that the server strips attachments but now that I'm sending this email to you and the list everyone on the list has my email address stored in their computer somewhere. The Klez virus (and most others) will scan your hard drive for email addresses and send itself out to any it finds.

Therefore, we are all getting viruses sent directly to our list addresses, not through the list.

What we need is for the Alaskan ISP that these are coming from to notify the infected user. Only they can tell who, exactly, is infected.

And like most have mentioned, updated virus software makes everyone's life easier.
