Hi Ken, Maybe what you should do is reply to his email. This way you can see if his actual email will work, and this way he will also think that you are going along with his scheme. Then you can alert the proper athorities. I was reading the letter on the Samba website about the situation, I don't remember, but maybe there's a help line or contact that you can use to contact whomever might be in charge of this problem. Theres gotta be someone. Try to get an address out of the guy, this way you can give it to whomever you contact, and maybe it will lead to wherever he is. If you make him think that you are going along with it, then he will leave the contact email or line open, leaving room for whomever can take over and catch him. I dunno if any of this will work, but just a few thoughts.
