Ask him the name of his company contact in Tennessee and if he tells you, contact them to check on validity. If he/she/it is reputable, they'll have no hesitation to allow you to check them out. Check "white pages" for his name there (Tenn) also. Or, just wait for the next, less dramatic buyer to appear. You may also be able to check him out by checking on validity of his aol addy. Bob
