Subject: Dust Cap
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Hello everyone, All is well here in the land of "All Thumbs". Coming out of the dark to throw out a question to the list. I have an '86 GL with new front pad/rotors. At this time we also greased the front hub bearings. Everything went back together OK. Now three months down the road my passenger side wheel bearing (dust) cap will not stay on, even after a few talks with the rubber mallet. How can I secure the cap? Worried 'bout all the grease running down my new Conti ;-) not to mention the possibility of losing a $60 cracked plastic disc.

Any hints? Thanks....Andrew

Did a 7 year search in the archieve, no luck
