Thanks for the help.  Got it out.

Now I need a replacement for regulator.

PART # 251-837-502B  Passenger side door window regulator (cable, drive and
window lift bracket) for electric windows.  (don't need the motor)

Mine is stripped right where the window lift plate fits over the "bead"
that's part of the up/down cable.
