Ditto here. I sold a BMW R90S differential on eBay to a guy in Germany. It ended up being a small but heavy package. No problems at all.

Cheers,

Jeff

I had a guy from Japan bid on an auction where I'd marked 'US and Canada only', but he emailed first to ask if I could ship to him anyway. I explained to him that the item was very heavy and would be expensive to ship, and he was okay with that, so I told him he could bid. Unlike your case there was no reason I physically couldn't ship it, I just couldn't imagine that anyone would want to pay for it. It was an old amateur radio tube transceiver, with accessories, and totalled close to 100 pounds when packed into three cartons!
