JJ, I did this conversion on my 87 Wolfy automatic when I did my first Subie conversion. It's a fair amount of work! I would suggest replacement of master and slave clutch cylinders as well as the clutch along with resurfacing of the flywheel. You'll need to remove and replace the pedal assembly. Do some inor re-wiring. Not a small job but easily do-able if you have the parts, cash, time and desire. Gary
