Hey Robert.

You'll have to: -weld-in floor brackets that the jump seats fit into -rear jump seat mounting points on the back of the front seat pedastals have weld-in backing plates -weld-in the brackets that hold the bench seat back locking posts -get not only new side walls but also a new rear bench as it's 2" or so narrower -get the adapters that move the rear bench seatbelt and bench mounting points inward to accomodate the new walls -the side walls are secured at the top by a channel that is riveted in place -the table mounts to brackets that have to be riveted in place top and bottom -a portion of the interior frame just above where the table mounts needs to be tweeked to allow the table to swing up

If you're handy, you can fabricate the weld-in stuff instead of having to cut out from a donor van.
