I haven't actually driven on any 15 inch rims yet, but all my reading on the subject indicates little significant change. It't going to depend largely on the 15 inch tire actually selected. The over all diameter of the tire when mounted is the key. You can get a 14 inch tire and a 15 inch tire, and the outside diameter of the tires when mounted will be virtually the same. The big advantage of going to a 15 inch tire is the greater choice of tires and prices. It's just gotten more difficult to get an LT R14 tire anymore.

I found some acceptable 15 inch tires at Sams priced at $85/ea. That beats the heck out of the $135 ea. I wound up paying for the 14 inch XCA's.
