I have seen (but don't recommend) the soft rubber seals used on the bottoms of overhead garage doors used by gluing them in place. Pretty cheap at about $9.00 - $16.00. The only downside is that they appear to hold oil in the pores. However at ten bucks or a little more I'd consider them disposable every couple of years. I considered using one myself and then just decided that I'd never need but one seal at $99.00 since the OEM seal lasted 16 years and still had questionable life left in it.
