If you look at:

You will see the same SA steel wheels. This might even be were your vendor is getting it from as the list price is suspiciously identical. Try to find vendor close to you to avoid freight or at least reduce the cost. Some venders like CIP1.com has freight specials. In one case they offered flat shipping of $9.95 for any item purchased.
