My 87 sticker priced at $25,800 with the diff lock, alloy wheels, and the Heidelberg radio. It did not have the $600 power package, (power mirrors, windows, and locks). After the dealer couldn't sell it for 5 months, I took it home for $19,900. In '89 all the Vanagon prices were reduced by about $2K.
