Been thinking about this very item. Thought it was time for removal of the dash and replacement of the foam gasket material around the vents. Can you describe exactly where this temp control lever is? Is it apparent once you look into the abyss? Thanks for any hints.

Drop your spare tire and crawl underneath, you'll find the valve that goes to the temp control lever for your vents. Make sure it's closed all the way. I have to do this and manually close mine because it does not close all the way via the lever, and I get hot air coming in the vents.
