Deb,

Your temp control cable is kinked . . . at the top. Replace it and all will be well. BTDT. My first camping trip, I took my brother to a music festival and we were both rather dismayed at how warm it was inside with all the windows down and 95 degrees F outside. I thought it should have been cooler than that, but didn't find out about the cable issue till I came back home and got on the list and asked the question. It's been very tolerable since then . . . except in stop-and-go traffic and driving slowly around town. You will have to drop the spare to get to the bottom end of the cable when you replace it . . .

Good luck and keep cool, Marc Perdue
