In my experience, any time you don't get a response from Ken Wilford at
Vanagain, or Ron Salmon at the Bus Depot, something has happened in the
background that we all don't know about. They can't very well call us
all on the phone and announce the problem.

As for Ken, he has a child that has some signiificant health problems
and that definitely impacts him at times. Give him some room before you
trounce him. He will come through. He's one of the best.
