ken's a good guy.. he's just a one man business, so take it easy on him..he
works on peoples vans, and orders parts all at the same time by himself..
give him a  break.. sometimes he has a girl from his church or his mom help
him answer phones part time, but its mainly just him.  he's probably away or
on a chunch function considering it's easter. im sure he's get back to you in
time.
