I am alive and will be answering emails and the phone today.  Sorry about
not answering emails but I was away all last week in Williamsburg, VA.  Had
a great time and we did have some folks here answering the phones however a
few folks didn't get calls back, etc. and I didn't do any emails all last
week.  Sorry for not alerting the list to my trip.  I am going to try to
call people back today and answer all back emails.  If you don't get a call
let me know.
